1. How do I know my resume / CV has been received?

   You will receive an automatic email acknowledgement.

2. What happens to my resume / CV once submitted?

   If you submit your resume for a specific career opportunity, your information will be immediately delivered to the hiring team for the position advertised.
   
   If you have submitted your resume / CV for consideration in a specific occupational area; region; or location, your information will be reviewed by a member of our Global Mobility Team. This team will review your submission, then make it available to the hiring teams, in the areas you have identified.

3. Who can see me Resume/CV, once submitted?

   By your submission, you are giving approval to share your information within the Global Magna Family of Companies. All Global Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Training Centers, Administrative Offices and Manufacturing locations may review your information for possible opportunities within their facility.

4. Do I complete all the fields of information or can I just submit my resume/CV?

   To provide for the greatest success, in matching your skills and experience, to current or future opportunities, a more comprehensive list is an asset. Completing all of the available fields of information, in addition to your Resume / CV, will allow our Global Mobility Teams to more quickly discover your skills and education. You may use the additional skills section to itemize each specialized skill you may have. This allows for quick matching of your available skills to those needed by a local hiring team.

5. Should I send in more than one resume?

   If there is more than one career opportunity that you may be interested in, you can submit an application for each one.

6. Do I need automotive experience, to work at Magna?

   Depending on the type of position you're interested in, automotive work experience may be necessary. If this is a requirement for the career opportunity, it will be listed within the job description.

7. What kind of compensation can I expect?
