Many of our training courses are held on-site at individual divisions, where the courses can be customized to suit the needs of the division. The remainder of training is delivered through the Magna Training and Development Centre (MTDC) in Richmond Hill, Ontario, where participants can meet and network with other employees in similar disciplines from different divisions.
Since our performance is impacted jointly through its efforts and those of its suppliers, we are pleased to offer the same high-impact, low-cost training to our valued suppliers. Training may be delivered at the supplier's site, within any division, or through the MTDC.
