The Hotline

We are committed to an operating philosophy that is based on fairness and concern for employees. This philosophy is embodied in the Employee's Charter (PDF 132 KB). One of the key components of the Employee's Charter is The Hotline, which addresses employee relations issues.

Should employees have a problem, or feel that any of the principles of the Employee's Charter are not being met, we encourage them to call the Hotline, email or use the self-addressed Hotline Envelopes located at each of our facilities to register their concerns. All communications are kept confidential.

The Hotline is committed to investigating and resolving all concerns or complaints and must report the outcome to our global Human Resources department.

Our employees are the key to our success and this is just one way to ensure we are creating working environments which nurture and encourage their efforts and contributions to the Magna family.
