Our decentralized operating structure can sometimes present challenges for employees to communicate ideas related to a product area for which they are not directly employed. MIND (Managing Innovative New Developments) is a program that encourages employees to submit new product and process ideas across the organization. MIND provides a vehicle to deliver great ideas to those who can best determine their merit. Employees are rewarded appropriately for successful ideas. Using a web based program, employees provide all the details of their idea and then submit it to a group or the Corporate office for consideration.
