¹Adjusted diluted earnings per share and Adjusted Return on Invested Capital are non-GAAP financial measures. During 2023, we revised our calculation of Adjusted diluted earnings per share and Adjusted Return on Invested Capital to exclude the amortization of acquired intangible assets. The historical presentation of these non-GAAP measures has also been updated to reflect the revised calculations. Definitions and reconciliations to the most directly comparable financial measures calculated in accordance with U.S. GAAP, can be found in the company’s Annual Report for the Year Ended December 31, 2023, in the Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Results of Operations and Financial Position section.
