AURORA, Ontario, April 29, 2019 – Magna announced today that it has completed the acquisition of VIZA Geca SL, a Spain-based supplier of seat structures and related systems, as previously announced.
“VIZA’s deep expertise in structural products gives us added support to strengthen our competitive position, particularly in Europe,” said Mike Bisson, President Magna Seating. “On behalf of our worldwide team, we welcome VIZA employees into the Magna family.”
