Magna Structures facility in Lawrenceburg, TN, is looking for talented people to join the team.

Magna and Ford are joining forces to realize the future of electric vehicles. Through our $790 million investment, we will create 750 new jobs at the 800,000-square-foot Stanton facility, and an additional 250 new jobs at the 400,000-square-foot Lawrenceburg facility. These expansions will enable us to support the production of Ford's next-generation electric truck.

401(k)

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at 6% of your pay, on a pre-tax basis, after 30 days of service, unless you choose a different percentage. Magna provides a base contribution of 3% after 6 months of service AND Magna will match your contribution at 50% of the first 6% after 6 months of service so that you can afford to live the life you want in retirement.
