Our Plans

Magna offers you access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) through WEX.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

Help you save money before taxes to pay for health care. You must be enrolled in the Advantage High‑Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and sign up for the HSA to have an account. The money is yours to keep and rolls over each year even if you no longer work for Magna. If you enroll in the HSA, Magna will also add money to your account for each quarter you’re enrolled.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Allow you to save money before taxes for health costs. Plan carefully! Any money you don’t use by the end of the year is lost, but Health Care and Limited Purpose FSAs let you roll over a small amount to the next year based on the IRS Limits.
