Eligibility
Benefits are offered to all Magna employees regularly scheduled to work an average of at least 30 hours per week and their eligible dependents.
Eligible Dependents include:
- Legally married spouse
- Dependent child under 26

Enrollment/Qualified Life Events
If you are newly eligible for benefits or experienced a qualifying life event within 31 days, you can update your elections through Workday.
Qualified Life Events must be reported within 31 days and may include:
- Marriage
- Birth/Adoption
- Gain/Loss of outside Coverage
- Divorce
- Death
