Magna provides Short-Term and  Long-Term Disability to all full-time employees at no cost to you.

401(k)

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at 6% of your pay, on a pre-tax basis, after 30 days of service, unless you choose a different percentage. Magna provides a base contribution of 3% after 6 months of service AND Magna will match your contribution at 50% of the first 6% after 6 months of service so that you can afford to live the life you want in retirement.

Magna will provide you with information which will enable you to compare your total compensation, including wages and benefits, with those earned by employees of your direct competitors and local companies your division competes with for people. If your total compensation is found not to be competitive, your total compensation will be adjusted.

Meet our Team

Mani
General Manager

I joined Magna as a Production Supervisor in 2009 at a Seating Facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It has been a fulfilling journey since then, having had the distinct opportunity to work as Production superintendent, Launch Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager and now the General Manager.

As the General Manager I want Magna Seating Stanton to be a place where everyone on the team can grow. We will aim for an atmosphere that will give our team members the chance to learn, step up, and reach their full potential. It's about creating a healthy atmosphere at Magna that will inspire the team to work and grow.

Human Resources Manager

I commenced my professional journey with Magna Seating in the year 2020, initially contributing to the Human Resources department. Demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to professional development, I transitioned to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, where I played a pivotal role in fortifying the team's safety infrastructure. Magna's commitment to fostering employee growth and advancement is evident at every organizational level. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Seating facility in Stanton TN, I am steadfast in my dedication to propelling the Magna culture forward.

IT Analyst

I embarked on my journey with Magna in 2018, dedicating nearly four years to my role at Magna Seating in Sao Joaquim de Bicas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. During my time apart from Magna, I seized the opportunity to acquire valuable experience in the agribusiness and freight rail & passenger transit industry. Now, I am excited to announce that I have been offered the position of IT Analyst at the new Magna Seating facility in Stanton, TN. I am genuinely thrilled and confident that, together, we will establish a robust IT infrastructure and achieve remarkable accomplishments.
