Our Program

World of Mobility

Join a team of entrepreneurial minded people looking to disrupt traditional manufacturing and change the world of mobility for everyone and everything.

Project Based Learning

Each intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact within a 10-week timeframe. A project template will be used to track your progress so that you can receive the coaching and guidance you need to be successful.

Coaching and Guidance

We believe that good coaching is key to professional growth. You will receive guidance and support from experts in your project area, providing valuable insights throughout your internship. Regular check-ins and sign offs from your leader will ensure you are supported and progressing well.

Retention and Advancement Opportunities

Exceptional interns who meet the program requirements will have the opportunity to continue their journey with Magna the following summer. Those students will receive an offer to return for another internship and become a student ambassador for Magna during the school year.

Full-time Employment Selection

We recognize and value the hard work you put into your projects throughout the program. Upon graduation, participants who have completed their final project with outstanding results will be invited to showcase their completed projects to a panel of General Managers, for an opportunity to join Magna full time and shape the future of mobility.
