With a focus on our ecosystem, our seats are made with recycled and bio-based materials. The circular economy is at the center of our vision. We look at a vehicle’s end of life as an opportunity to create a new recycled seat. Our seats enable a cleaner mobility, utilizing our EcoSphere™ product family made up of foam, trim foundation, face goods and structures. Trim Foundation

Through our partnership with TWE, we are creating a 100% recycled plus pad and spacer fabric with no compromises in comfort, mass, breathability, and durability.

Base Pad

We are developing recycled solutions to commercialize the replacement of polyurethane foam. Our innovative technology contains approximately 34 recycled water bottles per base pad and offers 100% recyclability at the end of its lifespan.

Other Components

To enable our recyclable foam and trim assembly, we have created industry first polyester based components such as hook & loop, adhesive and retainers.
